Sevice Charges : 1.5 % on loan amount(including Assessor Fees, Lawyer Fees and GP charges)

Application Fees : 1.5% of the approval loan amount
Penalty Fees : 3.5% per month on past due principal
Early repayment fee ( if paid within first 3 years ) : 3% on the outstanding principal balance

Income Infromation : Salary certificate/Certificate from employer ( in case of employees), Income proof, such as Income Tax return , Balance sheet , account statement etc ( in case of applicants other than employees)
